Service Description

This 5 hour class will be from 10am -3pm at Merrymead Farm in Lansdale, PA. Bob and Moe will be teaching Brisket, Pork, chicken, beef ribs and pork ribs. A bloody mary bar will be provided by our sponsors, Tito's Handmade Vodka and Bloody Revolution bloody mary mix. Bob and Moe will feed the class as the food comes off the smokers. Join us for a fun filled day of education, great BBQ and delicious drinks. Don't forget to bring thiose notebooks and pens to capturte all of the tips and tricks that will help you create fantastic BBQ!
