Service Description

This class is an instructional class taught by award winning BBQ Pitmasters, BBQ Bob Trudnak and Big Moe Cason. In tis 5 hour class you will learn to trim, season and cook Beef Brisket, Beef Short Ribs, Pork Butts, Pork ribs and Chicken all while enjoying samples of all of these delicious meats and partaking in Bloody Mary's sponsored by our friends at Tito's and Bloody Revolution!
