Service Description

Bobby T will be teaching you the best ways to smoke a Thanksgiving Turkey, Prime Rib Roast, Grilled Salmon and some variations on his famous Chimichurri! This class is held at Cardinal Hollow Winery in Lansdale, PA in the Philly suburbs. Cocktails, beer and wine will be available to purchase. You will be eating everything cooked in the class.
