Service Description

This is a 3 hour class discussing dough making, including the fermentation process, proofing and working the dough. We will discuss styles of pizza, hydration and different sauces for pizza. Everyone will get dough to make their own pizza. We will also discuss how to make pizza in the oven, in outdoor pizza ovens and on the grill.
